Forget not
God's Law and keep His commandments: For length of days, and long
life, and peace, shall they add to thee
-
Let not
mercy and truth forsake you: bind them about thy neck; write them upon
the table of your heart:
-
You will
find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and Man
-
Trust in
the Lord will all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding
-
In all thy
ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths
-
Be not
wise in your own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It
shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones
-
Honor the
Lord with thy substance, and with the first- fruits of all your
increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses
shall burst out with new wine.
-
Do not
despise nor get weary, when He chastens or corrects you
-
For whom
the Lord loves he corrects even as a father, in whom the son delights
-
Happy is
the man that finds Wisdom, and the man that gets understanding
-
For the
merchandise of wisdom is better than the merchandise of silver, and
the gain of wisdom is better than fine gold
-
Wisdom is
more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire cannot
to be compared unto her.
-
Wisdom
gives long life and honor.
-
Wisdom
makes our ways pleasant and gives peace.
-
Wisdom
keeps everyone happy.
-
The Lord
by wisdom has created the earth; and by understanding has established
the heavens.
-
By His
Knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop
down the dew.
-
Keep sound
wisdom and discretion, and do not let them depart from you.
-
Wisdom
shall be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck.
-
If you
have wisdom you shall walk safely, and your foot shall not stumble.
-
When you
lie down, you will not be afraid; you will lie down, and your sleep
shall be sweet.
-
You will
not be afraid of sudden fear and neither of the desolation of the
wicked.
-
For the
Lord shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken
-
Withhold
not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your
hand to do it
-
Say not
unto thy neighbor, Go, and come again, and tomorrow I will give; when
you have it with you
-
Devise not
evil against your neighbor, seeing he dwells securely by thee
-
Strive not
with a man without cause, if he has done you no harm
-
Envy not
the oppressor, and choose none of his ways
-
God's
secret is with the righteous
-
The curse
of the Lord is in the house of the wicked: but the habitation of the
just is blessed
-
Surely he
scorns the scorners: but he gives grace unto the lowly
-
The wise
shall inherit glory: but the fools shall be put to shame
