I. WHAT ARE PEACE AND JOY? 

1. Peace and Joy are the Traits and Characteristics of God
2. Peace and Joy are Spiritual Qualities
3. Peace and Joy are Imparted into us when we receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord
4. Peace and Joy are just the opposite of Worry and Sorrow
5. Peace and Joy are God's Blessings to us
6. Peace and Joy are our Strength
7. Peace and Joy give us the Health
8. Peace and Joy are the Signs and Confirmation of our Faith in God's Promises
9. Peace and Joy are essential to live a Victorious Christian Life
10. Peace and Joy are the Signs of our Courage and Confidence in God and His Promises

II. WHY SHOULD WE HAVE PEACE AND JOY? 
1. In Order to have Holy Boldness
2. In Order to continue to Serve God with Zeal and Enthusiasm
3. In Order to fulfill our Responsibilities to the Family and others under our covering
4. In Order to Overcome the Temptations of the Devil
5. In Order to Love our Neighbors as Ourselves
6. In Order to Enjoy and Maintain our Divine Health
7. In Order to Avoid Totally Worries, Fears and Anxieties
8. In Order to be aware of God's Presence and to have Continual Fellowship with him
9. In Order to Enjoy Life in spite of any kind of Situation that we may be in and
    any kind of problem that we may face
10. In Order to Reflect Jesus and be a Living Testimony for Him

III. HOW CAN WE HAVE PEACE AND JOY?
1. By Being Conscious of God's Abiding Presence with us all the time
2. By Rejoicing over all the Blessings he has bestowed upon us
3. By Reminiscing all that our Lord has done for us
4. By Being Aware of the fact that God is sustaining us Daily in spite of all the odds
    against us
5. By drawing Strength from God's Promises which are only 'Yea and Amen'
6. By Meditating the Word of God and getting Revelation Knowledge from Him
7. By Entering into a Covenant with God to enjoy this Peace and Joy which the world
    can not give, by making some Firm Commitments, to God to serve him and
    keeping them
8. By Praying without Ceasing in the sense, to be conscious of God's Presence always,
    Worshiping Him, Acknowledging Him in all of our ways and Hearing His Voice
9. By Obeying all of is Commandments and particularly, Loving God and our
    Neighbors as ourselves, Doing Good all the time
10. By Not getting Offended, getting Angry, Expecting Anything in Return for what
      we do, and Forgiving those who trespass against us
