DIVINE HEALTH AND LONG LIFE
 " I will satisfy you with long life and show you my salvation"
(Psalms 91:16)

I. WHAT IS DIVINE HEALTH AND LONG LIFE?

1. Enjoying Divine Health without getting Sick seriously
2. Having a Long Life anywhere between 80-120 years, as desired
3. Not Being Sickly or Having a Restricted Life
4. Being Physically Active and Well
5. Being Strong without any Physical Weakness or Limitation
6. Getting the Bodily Health and Youth renewed Constantly
7. Having Divine Protection from Natural Attacks of Sicknesses
8. Having Long Life until we have all of our Desires Fulfilled, Achieved and Satisfied 
    Experiencing all of God's Promised Blessings in Life

II. WHY SHOULD WE ENJOY DIVINE HEALTH AND HAVE A LONG LIFE?
1. Because it is the Will of God
2. Because it is the Promise of God
3. Because it is the Plan of God
4. Because God has Designed our Bodies to have Good Health and Long Life
5. Because we can Enjoy Life better
6. Because we can have the Joy of Seeing our Children and Children's Children
7. Because we will have adequate time to Accomplish God's Will
8. Because we can Enjoy the Fruits of our Labor
9. Because we can pass on to the Next Generation, the Knowledge and Wisdom we Gain 
     in our Lives
10. Because we can be a Blessing to Others

III. HOW CAN WE HAVE DIVINE HEALTH AND LONG LIFE?
1. By Spiritual Growth and Maturity
2. By not Giving to Appetite or Being Gluttonous
3. By Overcoming the Temptation of Overeating
4. By Having a Reasonably Strict Diet Plan
5. By not Worrying and Having Peace all the Time
6. By Doing Bodily Exercises Regularly
7. By not Consuming the Foods that have been Expressly Prohibited in the Word of God
8. By Believing in God's Promises of Divine Health and Long Life
9. By Consuming Biblically Recommended Kind of Food
10. By Being a beneficiary of God's Special Plan of giving Longevity to the present Generation 
      because we are living in the End-times
